Monthly training plan Sept 2017

90 minutes low intensity sessions. (Friday 6:00 am Village Mall the Meadows area. Saturday 6:00 am at the start of the beach track opposite Umm Suquiem Park entrance.)

Saturday evening time trial, 2.5km or 5 km. 6:30 pm on the Beach Track behind Sunset Mall

Short Interval Training September 2017 (Sunday 6:00 pm Al Barsha Park) 7:00 pm during Ramadan

Track sessions (Monday 6:30 pm warm up for 7:00 pm start at Sports City track, near Fit Republik) 7:00 pm during Ramadan

Long Interval Training Sessions Jul, Aug, Sep 2017 (Tuesday 6:00 pm Al Barsha Park) 7:00 pm during Ramadan
