Short Interval Training July – August 2017 (Sunday 6:00 pm Al Barsha Park) 7:00 pm during Ramadan

Track sessions (Monday 6:30 pm warm up for 7:00 pm start at Sports City track, near Fit Republik) 7:00 pm during Ramadan

Long Interval Training Sessions Jul, Aug, Sep 2017 (Tuesday 6:00 pm Al Barsha Park) 7:00 pm during Ramadan
